• Must stay away from bodies of water when weather conditions may prevent safe enjoyment. ​

• We highly recommend a rear-wheel drive and / or 4x4 vehicle. If your vehicle is front wheel drive we recommend that you park it on the side of the road as entry and exit will be uncomfortable. We're not responsible for any damage on vehicles.​

• To get to Casa Ámbar you must be careful when driving. We are on the outskirts of the city and there is a high probability of finding cattle on the road.

• We suggest you do the day check in. ​

• If the reservation is a gift for someone else and you will not attend, provide the name and phone number of the person who will enjoy the space.

• Notify if professional photos will be taken.

• Cancel breakfast in time if you will not have it.

• At the end of your stay, close all doors and turn off the lights.

• Cancellation policy: Receive a full refund if you cancel up to 5 days before check-in.
